Why am I getting an Access Denied message?

1. If you have received a confirmation email for your community, webinar, or facilitator membership, the Access Denied message is typically because: 

  • You have forgotten your password; simply follow the steps for the question below.
  • Of cached data in your browser history interfering with things. Please fully clear your browser history, close your browser, reopen your browser, and log in again. If that doesn't resolve your issue, please contact us.

2. If you have not received a confirmation email for your membership and it has been more than 5 days since you applied,  please contact us.

What if I've forgotten my password?

  1. Select the Log In link in the upper right corner of any page and click the Reset Password link at the bottom of the form. Within 30 minutes you will recieve an email with a link to reset your password (check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox).
  2. If you receive an Error or Access Denied page when you log in with this new password, then fully clear your browser history, close your browser, reopen your browser, and log in again.

If these two steps don't resolve your issue, please contact us.

Watching Webinars

How do I subscribe to the webinars?

Simply select Subscribe in the top menu, click the Checkout button, and follow the prompts. Once you complete the checkout process, your access to the webinars is automatically opened.

Who can attend the webinars?

Everyone 18 and older are welcome to join. The webinars are open to the public; they are not restricted to members enrolled in other Imetics programs.

How do I join today's webinar?

Once you've subscribed, simply log in and select Webinars - Current Webinars in the top menu. Everything you need to know is there. Reminder emails will also be sent prior to each live broadcast.

When are the webinars?

Live broadcasts take place twice monthly, typically from 12 noon to approximately 1:00pm; however, the time zone will vary depending on where Armand is speaking from as he travels. Upcoming dates are posted on the public and members-only Webinar pages of this site.

If I miss a live webinar, when is the recording posted?

We strive to post audio recordings of webinars within one week of the broadcast date, and video recordings within two weeks. Occasionally we may need more time, but we promise to do everything we can to maintain prompt service.

Can I download the webinars?

Our video and audio recordings are only available via streaming.

When does the series start and finish?

This series launched on Sunday, March 24th 2019 and currently has no end date.

What devices can I use to watch the webinars?

With internet access, you can attend live webinars through Zoom's video-feed on any laptop or tablet. Without internet, you can listen live from any mobile phone or landline. Once recordings are posted, you can watch and listen to the webinars across any and all internet-connected devices you choose.

How do I access a live webinar?

Once you have subscribed, you can find the link and call-in information through two convenient methods:

  • By logging into momentsofawe.org and selecting Webinars-Current Webinars in the top menu. The current link, meeting ID, and call-in numbers are posted on this page at least 24 hours prior to each event. If you get an error message when you try to access this page:
  1. Log out of the site
  2. Fully clear your browser history and close your browser
  3. Reopen your browser and log in again
  4. And if this does not your issue, please contact us.
  • By following the instructions in the reminder email sent to the address we have on file for you. This message is sent at least 24 hours prior to each event. If you are not receiving these messages, please:
  1. Check the email listed in your account by logging in and clicking My Account in the upper right corner of every page
  2. Check your email’s Spam folder
  3. Add info@momentsofwe.org to your email contacts
  4. And if you do not receive the next reminder, please contact us.

What if I’m having trouble using Zoom?

Zoom has friendly, competent 24-hour live customer service through (US) 1-888-799-9666 and internationally through these numbers: https://zoom.us/zoomconference. They also have instructional videos and other online help at: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us; for webinars, you may find this article particularly useful. (Moments of Awe cannot help with Zoom-related issues.)

Is there a free membership level for this site?

Yes, Community membership is free and available to everyone who has participated in 3 or more facilitated imetics events. To apply for Community membership, click here.
Community membership includes access to:

Community membership does not include:
   - Access to the webinars. The webinars are available through a monthly subscription (see next question), and are fully open to everyone interested in subscribing (no prior experience required).

What does a webinar subscription include?

Monthly webinar membership is available to everyone, no prior experience needed.

How can I pay for my subscription?

We accept both Paypal and all major credit cards. You can subscribe here.

When does my subscription renew each month?

For subscriptions that are started on days 1-28 of each month, your subscription will renew on the day of the month that you initially joined. For example, if you joined on 4/13, your account will be charged on 5/13, 6/13, 7/13, etc.

For subscriptions that are started on days 29-31 of each month, renewals will take place either on that day or the 1st of the following month.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, you can make this change through the payment method you used (credit card or Paypal). Why can't we do this for you? For your protection, credit card companies and Paypal do not allow us to alter recurring payment agreements, neither the amounts or accounts, from our side. If you don't know how to find the Cancel Recurring Payment option in your online card account, this is different for every company so please contact their customer service. For PayPal, here is an article that walks you through the process -- and if this doesn't help, please call Paypal for support.

How do I change my payment option?

You will need to first cancel your initial subscription through the payment method you used (credit card or Paypal) and then resubscribe with your new payment method. Why can't we do this for you? Then you can simply resubscribe with your new payment choice.

  • Click the Proceed to Checkout button
  • In the Payment tab choose either: "Subscribe using a Credit Card" or "Subscribe using Paypal" button and enter your new information.
  • Complete the process, and your new Webinar subscription will be available to you.
